  1. After watching your demonstration, I need to either go on vacation or put on my yoga pants. Between the music and soft voice, I was lulled into wanting to participate in the retreat. I also really enjoyed hearing from each of you in the reflection video. That didn't occur to our group and was a very nice touch. I think you went above and beyond on the demonstration to provide the application, survey, handouts, and event a t-shirt design. I'm very impressed and think you've really applied your learning in this project.

  2. Nice job, Group 1! I really appreciate the attention to detail in your demonstration. The Power Point was very appealing and, like Shawna, I really want to go on a retreat with all of you now! I also liked getting to hear from all three of you in the video. One of my classes this semester in on campus, and I miss that face-to-face connection in this class. Seeing your faces was lovely, and I share so many of the sentiments you expressed in your closing thoughts.

  3. Thank you for sharing your topic. It is important that we find a way to get out of our heads every once in a while. You all made eye catching forms for your project. I like the fact you even designed a shirt for your project. I did enjoy the way you did your course reflection. It was great each person provided audio for that project. We commented to each other which was great for me because I don't like hearing my voice. Good job.

  4. Sign me up! Wonderful job creating this program! It is a great reminder that I need to get back into practicing. It seems as though you all participated and your program is very well thought out and executed. It was also nice to see that you included the waiver and a few take a way, the t-shirt and the handout!
    Great job! Congratulations.

  6. This semester has been chaotic (putting it nicely and simply) for me and your presentation reminded me how I need to put each experience, both positive and negative, into perspective and learn from them. I like that you give 15 minutes between for reflection and provide a journal for participants to do so. Excellent job!

Yes, we definitely need to put things into perspective and take time to live in the moment so not to be so stressed.

  7. Very nice demonstration! I really got a feel for the entire spiritual retreat with the information, brochures, recipes, T-shirt and videos you posted. The exit survey will be beneficial to evaluate the program.

  9. Thank you for sharing such a comprehensive demonstration! Self care is so important in life, and something that many people forget to make time for. This program could be used in a variety of settings and could be tweaked and changed to meet the needs of all kinds of groups of professionals, students, etc. I like the exit survey, as it will be a great way to make improvements to the program as it grows and evolves. Thank you again for sharing and for making me think more about self care and how I can incorporate some spiritual learning aspects in the work that I do.

  11. Jaymee,  Sarah,  and Shimera,

This is a fantastic final demonstration paper! Your presentation and other PowerPoints are beautifully designed! I really like that each slide is neat and clean, and you integrated pictures, your voices and music into your PowerPoint! I like all the supplementary materials you designed, which make your workshop applicable.

In terms of the reflections, we have the mid-term reflection to identify students’ needs and clarify the questions students have. We also have the final reflection for students to revisit what they have learned during the whole semester, and to find out the lessons they have gained and knowledge and skills they have learned. It reinforces what students have learned and help them understand their learning journey in this semester.

    Suggestion:

Please tell your stakeholders why you think your program deserves to be funded.

    Bo
